<h2 id="how-to-apply-your-return-labels">How to Apply Your Return Labels</h2>
Once you&apos;ve started a return through our portal, you&apos;ll receive one prepaid FedEx return label for each box. This guide walks you through how to download, match, and apply your labels correctly so your return goes smoothly.

<h3 id="returning-one-box">Returning one box</h3>
<ul>
 <li>On the return confirmation page, click Download label.</li>
 <li>Print the label and attach it to your box on a flat, visible surface.</li>
 <li>Remove or cover any existing shipping labels on the outside of the box.</li>
 <li>Your FedEx pickup date and time are shown on the confirmation page. Make sure the package is ready at your pickup address during that window.</li>
</ul>

<h3 id="returning-more-than-one-box">Returning more than one box</h3>
Your return includes one label per box. Here is how to get them all and apply them correctly.

<h4 id="step-1-download-all-your-labels">Step 1: Download all your labels</h4>
<ul>
 <li>Click Download label for your first label.</li>
 <li>Scroll down to the &quot;Need more labels?&quot; section of the page.</li>
 <li>Click Get additional returns label once for each remaining box.</li>
 <li>Download and save all labels. Don&apos;t print yet &#x2014; download them all first.</li>
</ul>

<h4 id="step-2-match-each-label-to-the-right-box">Step 2: Match each label to the right box</h4>
Look at the DIMMED field printed on each label. This shows the box dimensions in inches (length x width x height). Compare those dimensions to your physical boxes to figure out which label belongs on which box.
Example: A label that reads DIMMED: 68 X 10 X 17 IN belongs on the box that is roughly 68 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 17 inches tall.
If your boxes are the same size: It doesn&apos;t matter which label goes on which box &#x2014; just make sure every box gets exactly one label.

<h4 id="step-3-apply-the-labels">Step 3: Apply the labels</h4>
<ul>
 <li>Print all labels.</li>
 <li>Remove or cover any old shipping labels on each box.</li>
 <li>Attach one label to each box on a flat, scannable surface (not over a seam or corner).</li>
 <li>Do not place more than one label on the same box, and do not leave any box without a label.</li>
</ul>

<h4 id="step-4-be-ready-for-pickup">Step 4: Be ready for pickup</h4>
Your pickup date and time window are on the return confirmation page. All boxes must be accessible at the pickup address during that window. To reschedule, contact FedEx directly at 1-800-463-3339 or visit <a href="https://www.fedex.com">fedex.com</a>.

I only see one label but I have multiple boxes. 
Scroll down on the return confirmation page to the &quot;Need more labels?&quot; section and click &quot;Get additional returns label.&quot; If you&apos;ve already left the confirmation page, your additional labels may be available to re-download using the tracking number shown in that section. If you can&apos;t access them, contact us and we&apos;ll send the labels directly.

I don&apos;t understand the DIMMED measurement on the label. 
DIMMED stands for dimensional measurement &#x2014; it&apos;s the size of the box in inches, listed as length x width x height. You can use a tape measure to check which box matches each label. If the dimensions are close but not exact, go with the closest match. For same-size boxes, any label works on any box.

Can I put two labels on the same box? 
No. Each label must be applied to its own separate box. Two labels on one box will cause a shipping error and may delay your refund.

I left the confirmation page and can&apos;t find my labels. 
Check your return confirmation email &#x2014; it should include a link to re-access the portal. You can also re-download the additional label using the tracking number from the &quot;Download additional labels&quot; field. FedEx didn&apos;t pick up my package.
