Please review the options below to determine the best path for your request.
Eligible orders may be canceled or updated with a new shipping address within 60 minutes of placement using the self-service order editing option in your order confirmation. The window begins at the time of purchase.
Please note:
• Item, size, or color changes cannot be made through the self-service tool. To make these updates, cancel your order and place a new one.
• Orders containing mattresses or Angie Assembly Services are not eligible for self-service edits. Please contact us immediately (see below).
All other change & cancellation requests
For requests outside the 60-minute window, orders containing mattresses or Angie Assembly Services, item changes, or any other modification, please contact our Customer Care Team directly:
Our team is available Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. EST. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, due to our expedited processing and shipping timelines, changes cannot always be guaranteed.
Additional policies:
• Orders in picking, processing, or shipping status are not eligible for changes or cancellations.
• Flash sale orders and orders that have shipped are not eligible for price matching.
• Address modifications for orders already in transit may be subject to administrative or rerouting fees.
