RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of new, unused, unassembled, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery receipt. We aim to ensure your return process is smooth and stress-free.

To start your return, please fill out our Return Request Form. Once completed, our Customer Service team will guide you through the next steps. 

 PACKAGING + SHIPPING

We kindly ask that returned items be shipped back in their original packaging if possible. If the packaging is no longer available, please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

To initiate a return please click the link here. You will be provided with a return shipping label and can then schedule a pickup right from your door. Just pop the label on the box and leave it available for the pick-up team. Please note that return shipping charges reflect our discounted rates.

REFUNDS + CREDITS

Once we receive your return and ensure that the items are in good shape, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
