Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 2- 5 business days* for your order to be processed and prepared. Orders will be ready for shipping when all items in your order are available.

*Orders placed during sales or promotional periods may take longer to be processed due to higher order volume.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. You can track your package and its delivery status using this link. When you receive your order, please carefully inspect all boxes & note any damage.

Because Plank+Beam™ products are made from solid woods, boxes are large and can be heavy. For this reason, we recommend having two adults to move boxes into the home.
