This article applies only to the Plank & Beam Emery Queen Sleeper Sofa and the Emery Twin Sleeper Chair with Swivel. Other Plank & Beam products keep our standard policies.

Delivery

• Your sofa or chair is delivered by JB Hunt with Room of Choice + Debris Removal Included. The delivery team brings it to the room you choose and removes the packaging debris.
• A signature is required at delivery, so please make sure someone is home to sign.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
• The sofa and chair ship separately from any other items in your order, so they may arrive on a different day.

Returns and damage

• You have 48 hours from delivery to report damage or a defect, or to request a return.
• Damage or a defect reported within 48 hours: there is no restocking fee. Send your order number and clear photos of the issue, and our team will review it and follow up on next steps.
• Return for any other reason within 48 hours: a 20% restocking fee applies.
• Our standard 30-day return policy does not apply to the sleeper sofa and chair.

Warranty

• One-year limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship, counted from your original delivery date. The one-year term does not restart if a replacement is sent.
• Sofa: legs and hardware, and throw and back pillows, are covered.
• Chair: throw and back pillows are covered.
• Not covered: cushion covers and cover panels, wear and tear, damage from pets, settling, and outdoor use.
• The warranty is for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• Every warranty claim starts with your order number and photos of the issue. Our Customer Care team will review it and follow up.
